Every Virallemon purchase should make you smile. If something isn't quite right — for any reason — you have 30 days to return it, no restocking fees, no questions asked.

How to start a return

  • 1 · Email [email protected]

    Share your order number and the item you'd like to return. You can also initiate a return from your account dashboard; both routes connect to our support team.

  • 2 · Receive a prepaid label

    We'll email a UPS prepaid label within one business day. Drop your package at any UPS location — no printer needed if you use the QR code option.

  • 3 · Get refunded

    Once UPS scans your return, we process the refund within 24 hours. The funds arrive back on your original payment method in 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

What's eligible

All standard products qualify for a full refund within 30 days, used or unused. We accept returns on opened items — you don't need to explain why, and refunds aren't tied to condition. Returned units are recycled responsibly through our sustainability partner, never refurbished or resold.

Exceptions

Final sale items (clearly marked at checkout) and gift cards cannot be refunded. Bundles can be returned in full but cannot be partially returned for a single item refund.

If 30 days have elapsed since delivery, our 2-year warranty still covers manufacturing defects — see the Shipping & Returns page for warranty claim details.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, email [email protected] within 14 days with a photo and your order number. We'll ship a replacement right away and provide a prepaid label for the original. You won't be charged twice.
